It is important to check your package on delivery. Check for example if the cardboard is damaged or moist. In such a case, take a moment to assess the damage with the Yodel delivery person. The delivery person will digitally register the damage, just like when you sign for the package. Ensure that the screen says ‘damaged shipment’. If you don’t notice the damage until later, let us know as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days of the delivery, by contacting Customer Service via email@example.com.
